ABOUT CHEfD
In addition to creating new recipes and flavour profiles for Piller’s Fine Food, Bothwell Cheese, Waterloo Brewery and Nutrafarms Inc. He works with fabulous kitchen equipment from TA Builder Division, Authentic Pizza Ovens and Crown Verity.
ChefD believes in sharing his passion for food with others, and keeping recipes simple, easy, and incredibly tasty!
Chef Darryl Fletcher’s (ChefD) inspiration to pursue a culinary career began while watching Graham Kerr (The Galloping Gourmet) and trying some of their recipes at home.
He is a graduate of the Chef program at Humber College in Toronto, Canada.
ChefD’s career has grown from humble beginnings cooking in his hometown of Kitchener, Ontario, before travelling and learning techniques from all over North America, and then finally coming back home.
He has worked with wonderful companies such as Weber’s Restaurants, M&M Meat Shops, and Aqua Star North America.
ChefD is a popular guest on CTV News at Noon Kitchener, CTV Vancouver, CTV Edmonton, City TV’s Breakfast Television, CHCH Morning Live, and Kitchener’s Rogers Daytime and Inside Guelph on Rogers TV.
ChefD is going into his ninth season of his popular cooking show, At Home with ChefD on Rogers TV, season 3 of At The Cottage with ChefD and he is the author of two cookbooks, Maple Madness and Garlic Madness.
ChefD has prepared meals for Blue Rodeo, Michael Bublé, Big Bad Voodoo Daddies, Diana Krall, Melissa Etheridge and the late BB King and Stuart McLean as well as many others.

Outside of TV and radio, I create dining experiences that are unique as each client. Whether it’s a catered event in your home or spoiling guests in my studio kitchen. My team and I pride ourselves on our ability to create lasting memories for all of our guests.

I believe in sharing my passion for food, wine, and entertaining stories. Life is too short to be spent on bad food, wine…or even with bad company for that matter.
HOW WE DO IT!
My team takes care of every detail and makes sure everyone has a great time, leaving the place cleaner (though its probably going to smell a lot better) than when we got there. We focus on personal relationships and providing you insight into what we are cooking, no secret ingredients here! You hired us so we’re here to make sure everything goes according to your plan.
